This one is simple but perfect, especially in the evening. Fresh hot boli with groundnut or fish just hits the spot after a long day. There’s a woman I usually buy from, and her boli is always soft inside with that perfect roasted outside. It’s one of those things you don’t plan to buy but always end up getting.

Indomie and egg is another must

Late nights in Ogba are not complete without roadside Indomie. There’s always one spot still open when everywhere else is quiet. I like watching them prepare it right there, adding egg, pepper, sometimes sausage if I’m feeling extra. It just tastes better than making it at home
