Terms & Conditions

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your login. Promptly notify Feedcover if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.

• Maintain accurate profile information and keep required contact details (email, phone) up to date.
• Enable multi-factor authentication where offered and avoid sharing credentials with others.
• Use one account unless expressly granted permission for team or organizational access. Shared accounts must use approved delegation features.
• We may suspend or reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or violate policy.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Feedcover, including posts, uploads, applications, comments, votes, and profile information. By posting, you grant Feedcover a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This license allows us to show your content in feeds, notifications, search, emails, bookmarks, topic hubs (tags/categories/creators), and promotional placements highlighting Feedcover. Cached copies (e.g., Redis, CDN) expire or are refreshed when you edit or delete content.

You confirm that you have the rights to publish your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove or restrict content that violates law, intellectual property, privacy, or these Terms.

To keep Feedcover safe and trustworthy you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, exploitation, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
• Posting illegal content, malware, unauthorized copies of copyrighted materials, or personal data without consent.
• Manipulating metrics such as follows, likes, or comments through automation, scraping, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Spamming users with unsolicited promotions, phishing attempts, or deceptive links.
• Reverse engineering, probing, or disrupting Feedcover's infrastructure or security protections.
• Bypassing access controls, attempting to access private records, or misusing reporting tools.

Feedcover empowers communities to follow creators, comment on content, file applications, and collaborate. Moderation combines automated review, trusted reporters, and human staff to enforce our rules.

• We may remove content, limit distribution, or disable features when policies are violated or accounts are at risk.
• Safety systems include automated text and image analysis (for example, AWS Comprehend and Rekognition) to detect harmful or policy-violating material before it spreads.
• Moderation decisions can be appealed via the in-app workflow or by contacting support with additional context.
• We log moderation actions and may share them with relevant parties (e.g., program administrators or legal authorities) when required.
• Flagged content can be resolved, reinstated, or deleted; repeated abuse may trigger account-level restrictions or bans.
• Repeat or severe violations can lead to account suspension, feature restrictions, or permanent bans.

Certain features—such as creator monetization, marketplace listings, or talent applications—require additional eligibility checks. By submitting program applications you agree to provide accurate information and consent to Feedcover storing related records.

• Program-specific rules or contracts supplement these Terms. Conflicts are resolved in favor of the more specific agreement.
• We may verify identity, credentials, or prior work to evaluate eligibility and prevent fraud.
• Applications may be archived for audit, compliance, and reporting for as long as necessary to administer the program.
• Feedcover may modify program availability, benefits, or requirements at any time with reasonable notice.

If Feedcover offers paid services, creator payouts, or marketplace transactions, additional terms apply. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are disclosed before purchase and are generally non-refundable once a service period begins.
• Creators receiving payouts are responsible for providing accurate tax information and complying with local laws. We may withhold taxes where required.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; you must comply with their terms and maintain valid billing information.
• Feedcover may suspend access to paid features or withhold payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Feedcover is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent storage of content.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including feeds, uploads, notifications, bookmarks, tag/category pages, or APIs) with or without notice.
• Scheduled maintenance, cache invalidations, and emergency updates may temporarily impact access or performance.
• You are responsible for retaining copies of critical content or submissions. We provide export tools where possible but do not guarantee archival storage.
• We may introduce beta features with separate terms, usage limits, or rate limits to protect performance.

To the extent permitted by law, Feedcover and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Feedcover is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or interactions between users.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid to Feedcover in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100.
• Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some provisions may not apply to you.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, excluding conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Lagos State, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws. Either party may seek injunctive relief for actual or threatened misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.
