Your wallet provides one checkout experience for Feedcover payments. Each payment clearly identifies what it does.

• Premium Collection: one payment unlocks the named Collection and its private Feeds.
• Paid Intent: payment is held while the creator reviews a service request, then released on completion or refunded after a decline or expiry.
• Gift: voluntary support sent directly to an eligible creator or contributor; it does not purchase access or a service.

A wallet top-up is money you add to fund Feedcover payments. Creator earnings, gifts, and referral rewards may also increase the displayed wallet balance, but they remain separately identified in transaction history.

• Top-ups may take a short time to confirm depending on payment provider.
• Confirmed top-ups reflect in your wallet balance.
• Money you add is for Feedcover payments and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• If a top-up fails, your wallet balance is not increased.

Eligible creator earnings can come from genuine Value Events, premium Collection sales, completed paid Intents, and gifts. Each transaction appears in wallet history so you can understand its source and status.

• Earnings are based on verified activity and internal tracking.
• Spam, manipulation, or policy violations can void earnings.
• Value Events are recorded once per qualifying person and action, then credited efficiently to the creator's wallet.
• Collection proceeds are credited after a successful unlock.
• Paid Intent proceeds are released only after the accepted request is completed.
• Declined or expired Intent payments return to the requester instead of becoming creator earnings.

Withdrawals move available wallet funds to your external bank account using your saved payout details. Only verified creator earnings and received gifts can be withdrawn. Money added through Flutterwave, Apple, or Google remains available for Feedcover payments and cannot be withdrawn by its purchaser.

• Withdrawal availability may depend on verification and account status.
• Withdrawals can take time to process depending on provider and banking rails.
• If a withdrawal fails, funds typically return to your wallet after reconciliation.

• Unlock premium work: purchase access to the specific Collection you choose.
• Request a creator service: pay for an eligible Intent with refund protection while the request is pending.
• Support creators: send a voluntary gift without buying access.
• Creators: receive Value Event earnings, Collection sales, completed Intent proceeds, and gifts, then withdraw eligible earnings.
• Track spending: keep a clear separation between in-app balance and personal bank activity.
• Fast checkout: use wallet balance without re-entering payment details each time.

We use a mix of automated systems and human review to reduce fraud and protect users. Suspicious funding or withdrawal activity may be delayed for verification.

• Only use payment methods you own and control.
• Repeated failed attempts or unusual patterns can trigger safeguards.
