Clean a space. Reply one message. Complete one task.

Momentum matters.

5. I let go of the “perfect day” idea

Once the day goes wrong, don’t try to save it perfectly.

Just make it better.

6. I reset the next 2–3 hours

Forget the morning.

Focus on what’s left of the day.
