One of those restaurants where the ambience does half the work. The outdoor garden setting makes evening dates feel extra special.

3. Rapa Nui

Ideal if you enjoy good food in a laid-back setting. It’s one of those places where you can spend hours talking without feeling rushed.

4. Encanto

📍 Victoria Island

The service here really stands out. The staff are attentive, and the atmosphere makes it a solid choice for birthdays or anniversary dinners.

5. Above Lifestyle

📍 Lekki

Budget: N25,000–N40,000 per person

A beautiful space with modern interiors and a lively atmosphere. Great if you would like to get drinks after dinner.

6. The Room Café

Budget: ₦20,000–₦30,000 per person

Cozy, intimate, and perfect if your idea of a date is good conversation over dinner.

7. Sidebar

📍 Lekki

Budget: N25,000–N35,000 per person

If food is a big part of your date night, Sidebar deserves a visit. The meals are consistently good, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between classy and relaxed.

8. Nest

Nest has a calm, upscale feel that’s ideal for couples who want somewhere quiet enough to actually enjoy each other’s company.

9. Orchid Rooftop

One of my favourite things about Orchid Rooftop is the view. Add good food, excellent service, and the fact that there are no restrictions on taking pictures, and it’s easy to see why it’s a popular date spot.

10. Danfo Secret Garden

📍 Lagos

Budget: Around N25,000 per person

Danfo Secret Garden offers a fun, vibrant atmosphere with plenty of photo-worthy corners. Another bonus is that there are no restrictions on taking pictures.
