First thing, tell the conductor clearly that you’re stopping at oshodi. Most buses will drop you under the bridge.

Once you get down, don’t panic. The place is very busy and often chaotic. Just look for the pedestrian bridge and start walking towards it.

Climb the bridge. The journey feels long, especially under that Lagos sun, but keep going. From the top, you’ll actually sight the BRT terminal from a distance. That’s how you know you’re on track.

As you walk, ignore the first left turn you see on the bridge. Keep moving straight to the very end.

When you finally get there, you’ll see two options: left and right.

Take the left turn and walk down the stairs.

Now you’re close.

Before crossing, remember this is a major road. Look left and right properly. Cars and bikes don’t slow down because you’re new.

Cross carefully, turn left, and walk straight. In a few minutes, you’ll see the terminal clearly in front of you.

When you get there, be mindful again. BRT buses move quickly when arriving and departing.

If you don’t have a BRT card yet, you’ll need to buy one. It costs ₦600 for the card. You buy it once, then top it up anytime you want to travel.

The ticketing booth is right there inside the terminal. Obalende is around ₦600. CMS is about the same. Prices may adjust slightly, so confirm before tapping.

There are chairs if you need to sit while waiting. You’ll also find small food spots nearby in case you need to grab something before your bus arrives.

Oshodi can feel overwhelming the first time, but once you follow these steps, it becomes easy.
