Atomic Habits did, mainly because it moved my attention from dramatic goals to repeated systems. In Nigeria especially, motivation can disappear quickly when traffic, bills and NEPA join the group chat. A small routine that survives a bad day is more useful than a perfect plan you follow twice.

For me, The Richest Man in Babylon. Seriously. Even while living in Nigeria, the principles in that book have genuinely changed the way I think about money and how I manage what I have. Some of the lessons are very simple, but they’ve stuck with me and continue to influence how I make financial decisions today.
