The way and manner landlords and agents hiked house rents since the inception of APC administration, I keep wondering if there's hope for the common man who earns less than 100k in this country talkless of the man who don't have a job at hand?
How can you as a landlord place an ordinary self-contain apartment that can't even contain a family man of 4(man,wife and two children), for ₦500,000 ,how do you expect that man that earns less that 100k a month to survive this wickedness mbok? or you don't think of getting your subsequent rent with ease if the first payment expires?
If you check the number of people that embraces such nefarious rentage hike, they are mostly single young guys and small small girls wey you no go even understand the kind work wey dem dey into, if you checkam well you go find out say they are mostly yahoo, yahoo+ guys, and oloshoshos, hookup ladies. they will even pay for 2years , for a small chingili self-contain apartment that cant contain anything.... choo!! 🙄.

As a family man, if you no dey work for government or doing importer and exporter business take build ya own house, you no go fit afford to live in a solid 2bedroom or 3bedroom apartment this days.
if you ask landlords why this wicked act,them go say building material don cost...oga oloju kokoro and so????
