I've been testing a different way to write prompts: making one prompt useful for more than one business task. Here's the structure I'm practising: Act as an expert in [BUSINESS AREA]. Help me achieve [GOAL]. My business is [BUSINESS TYPE], and my target audience is [AUDIENCE]. Here is the situation: [CONTEXT]. Consider [LIMITATIONS]. Give me [NUMBER] practical options, briefly explain each one, and present the result in [FORMAT]. Ask me any important questions before you begin. You can adapt it for marketing, sales, customer service, research, content, strategy, or operations. I'm learning that a reusable prompt can be more valuable than a prompt built for only one task.
