🧠 WHY YOU FORGET WHAT YOU STUDIED

You read a topic today.

Tomorrow, you remember almost nothing.

Sound familiar? 😭

The problem isn't always your memory.

Sometimes, it's how you're studying.

If you only read your notes repeatedly, your brain can mistake familiarity for understanding.

Try this instead:

1️⃣ Read the topic.
2️⃣ Close your book.
3️⃣ Explain what you remember without looking.
4️⃣ Check what you missed.
5️⃣ Test yourself with questions.
6️⃣ Come back and review it later.

That's called active recall — and it's far more useful than simply rereading the same page five times.

📌 Today's challenge:
Pick one topic you've studied before and test yourself WITHOUT opening your notes.

You'll quickly discover what you actually know. 👀
