Nobody really talks about this, but some friendships don't end with a fight. They just slowly fade.
You stop calling each other like before. The conversations become shorter. The efforts reduce from both sides.
Most times, it happens because people are growing in different directions. One person is changing, priorities are shifting, and the connection that used to hold the friendship together is no longer strong.
Sometimes it's also distance, Work, new environments, new circles. Life just gets busy.
It doesn't always mean someone did something wrong. Sometimes the friendship simply served its purpose for that season.
And that's one thing adulthood teaches you. Not every friendship is meant to last forever.
