I applied for a barman position in a hotel around agege Lagos state ,
My first week at work, I used to return the logbook and the store key to the Secatry office ( that’s where she’s sleeping ) . The next morning I will also collect it from her ,
So the next week, I noticed if I want to return the logbook and the key to her office, she will be sleeping and tired to stand up to collect them , she will ask me to come inside , same goes in the morning, so I wasn’t comfortable with that , because sometimes she may not cover up well, also in the late hours 11pm to 12 am . So i write a later to the management about it .
That they should look into it and find a way, the Secatry is the head of the management, so she didn’t agree, that I will not be the one to charge any rules for them , that if I don’t want to be dropping the logbook and the key to her office (where she sleeps) I should quit the job
So I quit the job
