If I were a corper in Ojota, I’d look in Alapere Road side streets, Ajao Estate connectors, and the streets behind Ojota Bus Stop. These areas are close to transport, affordable, and quieter once you go a bit inside.
I usually walk the area, check “To Let” signs, and talk to neighbors to find the best deals without paying extra to agents. That’s how I always find something decent on a tight budget.
