There are moments in life when everything feels uncertain. You pray, you plan, you give it everything you have and yet the situation still seems impossible. It can even begin to feel like help is not coming at all. But this is the truth we must hold onto, especially in those moments: God is able to do far more for us than we could ever think to ask for.

As humans, we naturally try to calculate our way out of hard situations. We look at our resources, our strength, our connections and when those things fall short, fear quietly moves in. But God does not work within the limits of human logic. What looks like a dead end to us is often simply the setup for what He is about to do.

If you find yourself in a difficult place today, bring it to God in prayer. Speak to Him honestly, about your fears, your needs, and the things weighing most heavily on your heart. Sometimes the breakthrough we have been waiting for begins the very moment we stop trying to carry it alone and surrender it completely to Him.

The Bible puts it plainly in Ephesians 3:20; God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. That is not a small promise. It means His power reaches beyond our best expectations, and His plans for us are often far greater than anything we could have mapped out for ourselves.

It truly is sweet to trust in Jesus, to simply take Him at His word. When we place our full trust in Him, we begin to discover that even in our darkest seasons, He has never stopped working. Behind every closed door, every unanswered question, and every moment of waiting, God is preparing something far better than we ever thought possible.
