Or perhaps you were beaten because a visitor said you looked stubborn. 😂

As kids, we didn't always understand why we were being punished. Looking back now, some of those moments are actually hilarious.

I still believe every Nigerian child has at least one story where they were completely innocent but still ended up serving the punishment. 😅
