Ingredients:
* 2 cups cold whipping cream (or heavy cream)
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional but recommended)
Instructions:
1. Whip the cream
Pour the cold whipping cream into a bowl and whisk until it becomes thick and fluffy. It should form soft peaks. You can also use a blender for this.
2. Mix the base
In another bowl, combine condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
3. Fold together
Gently add the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Fold slowly so you don’t lose the airiness.
4. Freeze
Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
5. Serve
Scoop and enjoy. You can add toppings like chocolate chips, biscuits, fruit, or caramel sauce.
Optional add-ons:
* Chocolate chips or grated chocolate
* Crushed Oreos
* Strawberries or mango chunks
* Peanut butter swirl
Simple, creamy, and surprisingly close to store-bought ice cream.
