Key Responsibilities

Submit job applications using assigned candidate profiles

Ensure all application details are accurate and complete

Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism

Track and record submitted applications in the internal system

Compensation

$0.05 per approved application

$1.00 per interview scheduled

No fixed salary

Earnings are based on:

Volume of approved applications

Quality of submissions

Interview conversion rate

Performance Expectations

High daily output with consistent quality

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and guidelines

Maintaining a low rejection rate
