For a long time, I tried to handle everything by myself.
The stress.
The worries.
The unanswered questions.
I thought being strong meant carrying it all alone.
But eventually, I became exhausted.
That's when I learned something important:
Strength is not pretending you're okay.
Strength is knowing when to ask God for help.
3 things I learned:
1. Some burdens are too heavy to carry alone
And that's okay.
2. Prayer is not a last option
It should be a first response.
3. Peace comes when I surrender what I cannot control
Not everything is mine to fix.
Today, when life feels overwhelming, I don't try to carry everything.
I pray.
I trust.
And I take one step at a time.
