My comfort food has to be akara and pap (or oats, depending on my mood). 😄
There’s just something about hot, crispy akara with a warm bowl of pap that feels like home. It’s simple, filling, and always hits the spot.
If I’m making it myself, I blend peeled beans with onions and pepper, season lightly, then fry until golden. Nothing beats it fresh out of the oil!
