- OnlineJobs.ph – Despite the name, many employers hire talented VAs from Nigeria.
- Indeed: this one has worked for me many times
- Remote job boards – Websites like We Work Remotely, Remote OK, and Dynamite Jobs regularly post remote administrative roles.
- Networking – Join VA communities on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Discord. Many opportunities are shared through referrals before they’re ever advertised.
One thing I learned is that clients aren’t just looking for someone who says they’re a Virtual Assistant. They want proof.
A simple portfolio, testimonials, or even samples of your work can make a huge difference.
