Insincerity is why we'll not tell the truth & pride is why we think the bigger person is proud.

If you've never been lifted into positions & given money & power over people, places & things, then, your definition of pride is myopic.

If you think that the one who is a leader, who is richer or more powerful is the proud one, then you do not know what you're talking about.

Listen! The fact that a person has been entrusted by God with a particular power, wealth or position means that person is humbler than you in that area incase you do not know that.

See! God doesn't give power, wealth & positions to people because they prayed for it, He gives it because they've been tested, & have been broken & emptied of self at that level.

Nobody arrives at power, blessings & position because they're lucky or because they sowed a seed or are so special. No!

In your journey with God, you'll learn that specialty with God is not a gift, it is earned. Peter the Apostle told us in Acts 10:34-35 that God is not a respecter of people, but that He treats preferentially those who refuse to play smart with God & men.

Those who choose to be sincere & acknowledge they're not yet it or there.

Pride is singing your own praise when you have no tangible results to back it.

Respect comes from results, not portfolio, status or self-exaltative statements that has no proofs.

Playing smart is what God calls evil or wickedness, & playing smart is how satan walks. Meaning that playing smart is how satan operates to continue evil, yet, he calls himself righteous & forces others to believe it., yet his actions & lifestyle states otherwise.

This is why claiming to be righteous & God-fearing or humble has nothing to do with being quiet & slow. It is low-self image in disguise.

Humility is seeing where you're missing it, what you're not doing right & acknowledging it. Not pretending to be flawless & impeccable because that's pride.

Conflict will always remain when we refuse to acknowledge what we do not know, where we are missing it & instead of becoming vulnerable, we continue to prove we're wiser & smart.

This is why you're making more enemies by the day & claiming you're the innocent one because everyone is wrong & bad except you.

And if you continue to be the only right & correct one instead of looking at things conscienciously & knowing when you're wrong & where you haven't done right, you'll keep driving yourself & your life into destruction saying & thinking that you're the powerful one & the one who can never be wrong.
