Ecclesiastics 3:1 " To everything, there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven".

Revolution leaders are not only visionary but Discerning, they understand timing, people and seasons. One of the greatest causes of leadership failure is misalignment with divine timing. Saul lost his kingdom because he could not wait for Samuel. David succeeded because he respected timing even when opportunities seemed within reach. 

Discernment helps leaders to know when to speak and when to remain silent, when to move and when to wait, when to connect and when to disconnect. Every person in your life is also a seasonal assignment unless God clearly defines performance. Without discernment, leaders attach themselves to wrong relationship, wrong opportunities, and wrong seasons leading to frustration and delay.

Fellow labourers in Christ, you must ask the holy Spirit for discernment beyond natural observations. Not everything good is God's timing and not every open door is divine alignment. Learn to wait on God untill clarity comes. The spirit of God will help you identify people who are part of your assignment, and those who are distractions. This month, walk slowly but spiritually accurately. Do not run into decisions driven by pressure or emotions. A leader who discerns correctly will rarely regret his decisions. Timing is as important as direction in leadership. Wait on the Lord and move as he leads.
