Words are amongst the greatest tool God has entrusted to leaders. Nations have been inspired, revived and transformed by a single word spoken at the right time. Likewise, kingdoms have fallen because of careless speech. God created the world through words and throughout Scripture, he consistently worked through the voice of his servant. 

Moses confronted pharaoh with God's word. The prophet declared heaven's counsel. Jesus spoke life to the dead, peace to storms and hope to the hopeless. Revolutionary leaders understand that their words must carry truth, grace, wisdom and divine authority because speech has the power to build or destroy.

Fellow labourers in Christ, guard your tongue diligently. Speak words that heal, encourage, instruct and inspire. Refuse gossip, negative confession and destructive criticism. Let your conversations reflect the wisdom of Christ and the compassion of heaven. Before speaking as yourself whether your words will glorify God and edify others. As you continually fill your heart with God's word, your mouth will become a fountain of life to your family, your church, your workplace and your generation.

Declaration: My mouth is consecrated unto the Lord. I speak life, faith, wisdom, and truth. My words carry grace and divine authority. Through my speech, lives shall be encouraged, destinies shall be awakened, and God shall be glorified in Jesus name.
