Altars represent places of divine encounter, commitments and spiritual authority. Every revolutionary leader is first an alter builder before becoming a platform holder. Abraham belt altars where ever God appeared to him signifying continues dependence on God rather than self sufficiency. An altar is not just a physical structure, it is a life style of consistent fellowship, sacrifice and spiritual alignment. Leaders without altars are easily overwhelmed by external pressure because they lack internal spiritual strength. But those who maintain altars carry divine fire, direction, and stability regardless of environmental challenges.

Fellow labourers in Christ, your influence in leadership will always be professional to your altar life. Prayerlessness produces weakness, but consistent fellowship with God produces spiritual authority. 

Build personal altars of prayer, worship and the word. Guard them jealously. Many leaders loose power not because of external attacks but because their altars are abandoned. This month, return to your sacred place with renewed hunger. Let your altar become the foundation of your decisions, your strength, and your leadership identity. A man who walks with God privately will never be stranded publicly.
