Adulthood exhaustion is strange.

It’s not always physical.
Sometimes it’s just the weight of repetition.

Waking up to the same responsibilities.
Solving the same problems.
Carrying expectations that never really go away.

There’s no single crisis, so it feels wrong to complain.
Yet the tiredness doesn’t leave.

It’s the tiredness of constant thinking.
Constant adjusting.
Constant responsibility.

You’re not overwhelmed by one big thing.
You’re worn down by many small ones.

And because this kind of tiredness doesn’t look dramatic, people ignore it.
They assume it’s normal.

Maybe it is.
But that doesn’t make it harmless.
