There are times that I remember when I say something to someone to help them and I did not apply it myself in another situation.
Then the Holy Spirit whispers to me “At least you remembered, apply it next time”
This has helped me a lot especially when it comes to yielding to corrections and I have found myself(most of the time) actually following it.
