James 1:12 " Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life.

Testing is not an interruption of leadership, it is a necessary stage of leadership formation. God never promotes leaders without first proving them. Testing reveals character, refines motives and strengthen endurance. Joseph was tested in the pit in Potiphar's house and in prison before he reached the palace. Job was tested through loss before restoration. Jesus himself was tested in the wilderness before beginning public ministry. 

Revolutionary Leaders do not interpret trials as rejection but as preparation. Every test carries within it the potential for promotion when handled with faith and obedience. What has not been tested can not be trusted. It might be painful, but it is in dispensable wholly submitting to God's testing is a demonstration of trust in God for your development.

Fellow labourer in Christ, do not despise your season of difficulty. Champions are forged through challenges, God uses different challenges to build and develop the leader in you. What feels like delay may actually be divine development. God is not punishing you. He is preparing you. Respond to trials with prayer, practice and Faith. Refuse bitterness, complaint, or compromise. The way you respond during testing determines your readiness for promotion. This month, embrace endurance and allow God to shape your character through every challenge. The crown always follows the test.
