Exodus 18:21" Moreover thou shall provide out of all people able men, such as fear of God, men of truth, hating covetousness" 

Revolutionary Leadership is not only about personal excellence but about the ability to recognize, develop and release the potential in others. Moses was overwhelmed until Jethro introduced him to the principle of distributed leadership. Great leaders are not threatened by gifted people, they are entrusted with them. A leaders strength is revealed not in controlling talent but in cultivating it. God often surrounds leaders with people who are more talented in specific areas so that collaboration, not competition, becomes the engine of progress. When a leader understands this, he stops trying to be everything and begin to empower others to become what God designed them to be. Kingdom advances faster when leadership becomes a platform for multiplication rather than personal domination. Every gifted person around you is a responsibility not a rival.

Fellow Labourers in Christ, you must learn to discern grace in people. Many leaders loose momentum because they try to suppress who God has raised around them. Talented People are not a threat, they are evidence that your assignment is larger than you alone. Your role is to channel, mentor, guide and release them into purpose. When you create environments where gifted people can thrive under Godly order, you accelerate the fulfillment of divine assignments. Never confuse leadership with control. True leadership is stewardship over human potential. This month, ask God for wisdom to recognize hidden gifts, nurture them with patience, and release them with humility. A leader who Builds people becomes a leader who Builds generations. Go forth and build men.
