How much money do you currently have (cash + bank)?
How much do you think you spend monthly?
No budgeting yet. Just honesty.
Day 2 – Track Every Kobo
Track everything you spend today, even that small ₦500 expense.
Day 3 – Your Last 30 Days Autopsy
Go through your bank statements.
What did most of your money go to?
Circle the spending that didn’t improve your life.
Day 4 – Name Your Money Personality
Are you:
The Avoider
The Impulsive Spender
The Over-Planner with no action
The Caretaker is funding everyone else
Name it. You can’t change what you won’t admit.
Day 5 – The Silent Leaks
List 5 expenses you forgot you were paying for (subscriptions, “small” charges, recurring transfers).
Day 6 – The Emotional Spend Trigger
When do you spend recklessly?
Bored?
Stressed?
Feeling behind in life? Write it down.
Day 7 – Reflection Day
One sentence:
“The biggest lie I’ve told myself about money is ___.”
WEEK 2: CONTROL (Not restriction. Control.)
Day 8 – The 3-Bucket System
Split money into:
-Survival (needs)
-Enjoyment
-Future You
Even if the future bucket is ₦1,000—start.
Day 9 – Cancel One Thing
Cancel one subscription or expense you don’t use enough.
Day 10 – Set a Daily Spending Ceiling
Decide today’s max spend and stick to it.
Day 11 – Create a “No-Spend List”
List things you’ll stop buying impulsively (food deliveries, random online purchases, etc.).
Day 12 – Cash Day
Use cash today if possible. Notice how spending feels different.
Day 13 – Delay Rule
If you want to buy something non-essential, wait 24 hours. Most urges die after that time frame.
Day 14 – Control Check-In
Ask yourself:
Do I control my money, or does my lifestyle control me?
WEEK 3: GROWTH (Small moves that compound)
Day 15 – Find One Extra Income Angle
Not “start a business.”
Just:
-A skill you can sell
-Something you can freelance
-Something you can resell
Day 16 – Price Your Skill
If someone paid you today, how much would you charge?
Stop underpricing yourself in theory.
Day 17 – Learn One Money Skill
Spend 30 minutes learning about:
-Investing
-Negotiation
-Sales
-Career leverage
Stop doom scrolling. Start Intentional learning.
Day 18 – The Rich Questions
Ask yourself:
-How do people in my field make more money?
-What skills pay the most in my industry?
Day 19 – Automate Something
Automate savings. Start small
Day 20 – Raise Your Floor
What’s one habit that keeps you financially stuck?
Decide on your new minimum standard.
Day 21 – Growth Reflection
Finish this:
“If I stopped playing small with money, I would ___.”
WEEK 4: WEALTH IDENTITY (This is where it sticks)
Day 22 – Define “Rich” for YOU
Not Instagram rich.
Write your own definition.
Day 23 – Your Money Boundaries
Write 3 sentences you’ll use to say no to:

-Pressure spending
Day 24 – Environment Audit
Who or what around you encourages bad money habits? Be honest.
Day 25 – The Future Letter
Write a short letter from “Future You” thanking you for starting.
Day 26 – Upgrade One Thing
Not luxury but quality.
Something that improves your work or health.
Day 27 – Your Wealth System
Write your simple system:
-How you earn
-How you spend
-How you save
-How you grow
Day 28 – The Scary Number
How much do you actually need monthly to feel secure?
Most people don’t know.
Day 29 – Decide Your Next 90 Days
One financial focus for the next 3 months.
Day 30 – Wealth Declaration
Finish this and keep it:
“I am no longer casual about money. From today, I ___.”
