Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has opened up about the types of partners she considers red flags.
In a recent interview with American media outlet Complex, the Love Me Jeje singer revealed that she cannot date men who are unfriendly or lack curiosity.
According to Tems, a relationship loses its meaning if a partner isn’t genuinely interested in knowing their significant other.
“My dating terms are simple: anyone who isn’t trying to be your friend is a red flag. Anyone who isn’t curious about you is also a red flag. What are we even doing if they don’t want to know me? If he or she isn’t interested in learning more about you, end the relationship,” she explained.
Tems described herself as a “lover girl” but noted that past experiences have made her cautious. She added that her current focus is on self-love
