There are times when we say, “I don't know what to do,” when deep down, we actually know.

You know the relationship isn't making you happy.

You know you're exhausted.

You know you need to have that difficult conversation.

You know you're saying yes because you're afraid of what will happen if you say no.

You know something needs to change.

But knowing what you want and being ready to deal with what comes after are two different things.

Sometimes we keep asking for advice, praying about it, discussing it with friends, analysing every possible outcome; not because we haven't found an answer, but because we're hoping someone will give us a different one.

And honestly, you're a human being. It's allowed.

Not every difficult decision needs more analysis. Sometimes we need the courage to accept what we already know.
