That OTP is meant for you—not for the person on the phone.

Scammers often pretend to be bank employees, customer-care agents, delivery companies, or even people you know. They may sound professional and create urgency to make you act without thinking.

❌ OTP

❌ PIN

❌ Password

❌ Card details

❌ Banking login details

Even if the caller knows your name or some personal information, do not automatically trust them.

If you receive a suspicious call:

End the call.

Do not share any code.

Contact your bank through its official channel.
