Yesterday, we talked about that small, thin thing that comes inside some sanitary pad packs.

Yes, the pantyliner!

Now let's answer the question many women may have:

Who is a pantyliner actually for? 🤔

A pantyliner can be useful for:

🌸 Light vaginal discharge
Some women may choose to use one when they have discharge and want to feel more comfortable or protect their underwear.

🩸 Very light spotting
For example, when you notice very light spotting and don't need a full sanitary pad.

🩸 The beginning or end of your period
When your menstrual flow is very light, a pantyliner may be enough for some people.

💧 Small amounts of moisture
Some people may also choose to use one for extra comfort.

But here's something important 👇🏾

You don't have to wear a pantyliner every single day.

Normal vaginal discharge is natural, and your underwear doesn't have to remain completely dry every minute of the day. Wearing a pantyliner is a personal choice, not a requirement for good feminine hygiene.

If you do wear one regularly:

🩲 Change it when it becomes damp or soiled.

🌸 Choose a comfortable, breathable option.

🚫 Be careful with heavily scented products if they irritate your skin.

And remember: Pantyliners are not meant to hide or treat unusual vaginal discharge.

If you notice a new strong smell, unusual colour, itching, burning or pain, don't just keep changing pantyliners and ignore it. Try to find out what is causing the change. 💚

So ladies, let's settle this 👇🏾

Do you wear pantyliners regularly?

A. Every day 🩲
B. Only around my period 🩸
C. Only when I feel like I need one 😂
D. I rarely or never use them 👀
