They are Nigerian and just thousands of local websites including government applications. They are quite popular, to be honest, their support is poor but since we’re talking about cost, it’s very affordable.

TrueHost

I see them but never heard or know anyone that actually uses them. Considering they have been around for some time, I would say check them out and see if they work for you.

Aside from hosting cost, you need to take and consider customer support seriously, ensure you choose the best option that will not leave you hanging when you have issues.
