*STAGE 1: CONVICTION*

You lay down the throne of your heart.
Jesus takes over. Old habits, grudges, addictions get overthrown.
This is Salvation.

Daily renewal by the Word and Spirit.
Your thoughts change. Your speech changes. Your purpose changes.
This is Sanctification.

1. *Systems change, but people stay the same* - We can change laws, but not lust. Change government, but not greed.
2. *Behavior without the heart = Burnout* - You can "behave" for a while, but only a new heart can sustain you.
3. *Changed hearts change the world* - One heart on fire for God can start a family, school, and nation-wide revival.
*Politics changes policies. Salvation changes people.*

1. *Admit* - "God, my heart is broken and I can’t fix it."

4. *Renew* - Feed your new heart daily with God’s Word, prayer, and community.
