Revolutionary Leadership Culminates excellence, the visible manifestation of the spirit of God in a man's work, character and output. Daniel was not promoted merely because he was intelligent, but because he carried an excellent spirit. Excellence is not perfectionism, it is consistency in doing things at a higher standard that reflect God's nature. It is the discipline of refusing democracy in though, work , behaviour and service. 

Excellence distinguishes leaders in environments where competition is common but distinction is rare. When the spirit of God rest upon a leader, his output carries a different quality, his decisions carry unusual clarity and his results carry undeniable evidence of divine involvement. 

Fellow labourers in Christ, God is calling you to raise your standards in every area of life and leadership. Do not settle for average when excellence is divine inheritance. Whether in ministry, business, education, governance, personal development, reflect the nature of God in all you do. 

Excellence require discipline, attention to detail, and consistency even when no one is watching. This month, let everything connected to you reflect order, wisdom and glory. The world may tolerate mediocracy but heaven endorses excellence. When the spirit of excellence rest upon a leader, promotion becomes inevitable.
