Ready or Not 2: Here I Come — What it is
It’s the official sequel to the 2019 horror-comedy movie Ready or Not, which follows a newlywed bride hunted by her wealthy in-laws in a deadly game.
The sequel picks up soon after the events of the first film, with the heroine Grace drawn into a new dangerous game involving rival families and higher stakes.
The cast includes Samara Weaving returning as Grace, along with Kathryn Newton, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Elijah Wood, Shawn Hatosy, David Cronenberg and others.
It’s directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpine and Tyler Gillett, the duo behind the original.

The sequel is scheduled to be released in theatres in 2026. Most recent confirmed dates are March 20, 2026 (theatrical release) after world premiere events.
