One of the funniest (and somehow shocking) things you’ll ever experience in a Nigerian market is this: someone just throwing clothes on you out of nowhere! 😭

If you’ve never experienced it before, you’ll be so confused. Like, imagine you’re just minding your business, walking peacefully, and boom, a stranger drops a shirt or jeans on your body! You’ll just stand there like, “Wait… what just happened?” 🤣

Omo, the first time it happened to me, I was shocked. The second time, I was still surprised. But by the third time? I don adjust small 😂 I just kept walking, no eye contact, no reaction. The seller will gently come and collect their clothes back like nothing even happened. Normal market scope😅

The funniest part is that some people no dey take am lightly o. You go just hear, “Why you go throw cloth for my body like that?!” Argument go start immediately. But the sellers? E no concern them 😄 They’re just focused on one thing, to sell market by all means.

Honestly, it’s their strategy. It’s how they grab your attention in the middle of all that market noise and competition. And truth be told… it works sometimes. You might end up checking the clothes you didn’t even plan to buy 😂

I don’t even think this kind of thing happens in other countries. This one na pure Nigerian market vibes, loud, dramatic, and full of surprises 🤣
