There is something about the middle of the ocean. Out there, surrounded by endless waves, everything you once held onto slowly slips away. The noise fades, the weight of yesterday disappears, and all that remains is your determination to keep swimming. In that vast emptiness, you have no choice but to bring your very best, because giving up is never an option.

For the past year, I have realised that I am no longer the person I used to be. There was a time when I believed I would always have a permanent place in certain people's lives. I thought some connections were unbreakable, that my presence would always mean something lasting.

But life has a way of changing people. Now, I have become someone who drifts in and out of lives like the tide. If I happen to appear in yours, do not place too much trust in my staying. One day, without warning, I may be gone. Not because I wished to hurt you, but because perhaps I was only meant to be there for a season, to leave behind a lesson, a memory, or a quiet reminder that not everyone is destined to stay forever.

However, some people are forever. Others are simply passing through, carrying a purpose that only becomes clear after they have gone. I have come to accept that perhaps I am one of those people. I arrive for a reason, and when that reason has been fulfilled, life carries me onwards.

Like the ocean, life teaches us that nothing is truly ours to keep. We meet, we grow, we change, and sometimes we turn apart. The beauty is not in how long someone remains, but in the difference they make while they are there.

I love you all!
