One day a friend of my sister came to visit. I was on a visit to my sister place at that time. As she saw me, she began to talk to me and advise me; she gave me an opportunity to ask a question, and I asked about courtship. This was after my mistake as a lady. I have shared that previously. She is someone who has a really sweet marriage. Sometimes, her husband cooks and takes it to her and the children in the school she teaches and so many other things he does. It was really a privilege to ask the question I asked. The tips listed are the advice she gave to me:
1. You will love everything about him; his personality, smile, etc.
2. The relationship between you and the man will give you peace and joy.
3. Let him be the one to approach you.
4. Pray for your future spouse either known or unknown.
5. Pray into his life the characters and qualities you want to see him have; so, you will get the man you want.
6. You will easily tolerate him.
7. Envision the kind of marriage you want and pray about it.
8. Focus on God. He will take care of everything that concern you.
