 Anxiety, tears, overwhelm, crying into someone who loves you; none of that means you’re broken. It means you’re human. Sometimes our bodies and hearts pause just to get our attention.

 Cry if you need to. Reset. Be gentle with yourself. Then keep going. Life doesn’t require perfection, just presence. 💛
