Lately, I have become more sensitive in the way I interact with people.

I have come to understand that we are all very different. Our lifestyles and behaviors are shaped by many factors, including our backgrounds, family values, the environments we grew up in, and the personal choices we have made over time. This reflection is not about comparison or competition. It is about observing, learning from others, and adjusting unhealthy habits where necessary.

I have noticed that some people are naturally easygoing and accommodating, while others, myself included at times, can be rigid and stiff in how we approach life and situations.

Without even realizing it at first, the people I have interacted with recently have influenced me positively. Their lifestyles, attitudes, and responses to life have rubbed off on me in subtle but meaningful ways, even though they may not be aware of it.

It all comes down to how willing we are to unlearn certain habits and relearn better ones, especially those behaviors that no longer contribute to our personal growth.

These days, I choose cheerfulness over moodiness. I choose flexibility over stiffness. I choose generosity over holding back. I choose happiness over dwelling in sadness about my shortcomings. Much of this shift has been inspired by the kind of people I have encountered in recent times.

So, even if you were raised with certain character traits or behaviors, remain open to learning and modifying anything that no longer serves your growth. At the same time, be mindful of the life you live, because it directly or indirectly influences others and shapes how they view life.
