Sometimes your boss may be a Pharaoh.
Harsh, Difficult,Pushy and even condescending.
If you’re not careful, it can drain your confidence, your joy, and your sense of worth but here’s how to work wisely in that kind of environment:
1. Don’t take everything personally.
Some leaders operate from pressure, fear, or poor leadership exposure. Their behavior is not always a reflection of your value.
2. Master emotional control.
Not every battle deserves your reaction. Stay calm, stay professional, that’s your power.
3. Document and protect yourself.
Clarity is protection. Keep records, confirm instructions, and avoid assumptions.
4. Focus on your growth, not their flaws.
Even in difficult environments, there are lessons, skills, and resilience you can build.
5. Set quiet boundaries
Respectfully, but firmly. You can be polite and still protect your dignity.
6. Pray and stay grounded.
Because sometimes, strategy alone is not enough.
The heart of a king is in the hands of the Lord.
Even the hardest boss is not beyond God’s influence.
So instead of breaking, you become wiser, Stronger and More refined.
When it’s time to move,
you won’t leave bitter,
you’ll leave better.
