Some people end up spoiling their noodles when they try to prepare them with vegetables, but I will show you a trick for preparing them so you can still enjoy them.

First, start with your regular noodles, but don’t overcook them. Slightly firm noodles always taste better.

While it’s boiling, chop up easy veggies like carrots, green beans, bell peppers, sweet corn, cabbage, or spring onions, and keep them aside.

In a pan, add a little oil, onions, and stir-fry your veggies for 2–3 minutes. Don’t cook them till they are weak cause that’s where the problem starts. Let them stay crunchy and colorful.

Next, you add your noodles, seasoning, a little pepper if you like spice, and mix everything. Then you can add any protein of your choice to enjoy it.

Your noodles are ready.
