I had been trying to figure out the best way to support someone’s business. We scheduled an early morning Zoom call to brainstorm.

Last minute, I turned on Zoom AI Companion with her permission. We talked and shared ideas. Right after the call, Zoom gave me meeting notes with clear action points.

One of them was to generate a proposal.

Another one was to create an information capture form.

I copied the notes into ChatGPT and asked it to help me draft both.

In just a few minutes I had the proposal and the form ready.

I dent her the draft, she gave feedback, I updated and in a few hours, we were ready to move forward.

By the way, I travelled on the same day. Yet, we were able to progress the conversation.

Would I still be cautious with AI? Yes.

Will I use it when it simplifies life and saves time? Absolutely YES.

Sometimes, it’s the little things that keep the work flowing.
