Consider practicing both afternoon sun and heavy rain. It will help you.
Most people don't know the difference between jogging, exercise, training and running.
Jogging is for anybody.
Exercise is for people who are looking after their body (and mind).
Training is for mäniac.
And running is for everyone who want to... well just fûcking run. (Or was forced to run).
So to have a perfect structure and proper mindset, you must see yourself as someone who is going through training.
You're not doing exercise.
You're not running or jogging.
You are training your body (and mind), so that it can give you the perfect understand of life.
I always got mad when people look at me and say, "He is exercising."
I always felt like punching them in the face.
'This is not exercise for Christ sake,' I would thought.
You ever see someone in his or her right senses jogging under 2 PM sun just for the so call "I am doing exercise"?
Have you?
There's Limit to How Far You Can Go With "I Am Jogging" Mindset
Eventually I have to tell people:
"Look! This is me training my body. If it were exercise I wouldn't be here today."
The major reason you're pressing snooze on your alarm clock is because you're seeing it as exercise.
If you see it as training you won't even need the alarm clock to wake you up.
Because you'd be busy wondering about ways you can improve yourself.
And that alone will give you a restless mind.
And in my experience a restless mind don't have time to put hold of what they're supposed to do until when they feel like.
To them it is always now or never.
So if you're someone who train and exercise. And you truly want to go far. Add this to your daily routine: I am training my body I am not doing exercise.
Doing exercise is for losers.
Training your body (and mind) is for the people who see the greater picture and wanted to achieve it by paying attention to the tiny little steps that matters now.
If you go to the gym go to the gym because you are training your body.
Not because you're doing exercise just like the rest of idïots.
