I wasn’t expecting this at all. Flavour linking up with Pastor Odumeje? That’s wild. From the audio, War Ready already sounds like a hit, and seeing the video teasers, they are full of energy, moving through the city, joking around, and just having fun.
Odumeje’s dramatic sermons have been a comedic relief for many so I’m not so surprised he was able to match Flavour’s vibe. The mix of street swagger and Igbo culture is really nice, and you can tell they’re enjoying themselves. I’m lowkey excited to see the full video. It looks like it’s going to be chaotic in the best way.
