Yessss... I'm the host😌

And yesterday...the most shocking thing happened to me...

I was still preparing my materials....

Calling my graphic designer to get certificates ready 

And suddenly my phone goes off on its own🤧

Then it starts blinking...tears literally filled me eyes...

Not now !!!...it would break me

I kept hitting it cause that's the first thing I could think of 😭

Then it went on again....and it's fine now but I still have to get it checked 

Here's what you do to avoid such situations..

🔥Check all devices, services etc being used...make sure they're working 

🔥 Update your students/audience on any inconveniences e.g network failure 

🔥This is optional.....but try to have an assistant admin just in case ..

I've seen assistants handle half of an event because the host wasn't available..
