DAY 4 — YOUR BODY HAS BEEN SENDING YOU MESSAGES

Yesterday, we agreed that cancer does not check gender.

Today, let us discuss another thing we are very good at; Ignoring our own body.

Something changes.

You notice it.

You Google it.

You ask your neighbour.

Then your neighbour says, “It is probably stress.”

And just like that, medical consultation has been cancelled.

But persistent or unusual changes in your body should not simply be ignored. A new lump, unexplained bleeding, unusual weight loss, a persistent cough or a change that does not go away deserves proper medical attention.

This does not mean every unusual symptom is cancer.

It simply means your body deserves more than “Let me watch it first.”

Because sometimes, early attention can make a very big difference.

So today, don't panic.

Just pay attention.

Till I write to you tomorrow, let keep our body healthy and be safe.
