What I keep hearing from people is that once you start adding packing service, wrapping, dismantling the bed or AC, the price goes up.

For movers, the ones people around Lagos actually mention are GIG Logistics relocation service when they want something more organized and less stressful. It is not the cheapest, but people trust it more.

Then some smaller movers just come with a truck and workers. They are cheaper, but you have to be very clear with them before they start, or the price can change.

Some people also use Wise Movers Nigeria for full-service moving. They handle packing and unloading, too, especially if you just want to show up at the new place and meet everything already arranged.

To be honest, most people only find out the real cost during negotiation on moving day, not before.
